CHARM-EU Transnational Online Learning Winter Semester 25/26

CHARM-EU universities  provide access to a certain set of their hybrid/online courses for the students at the CHARM-EU partner universities. This way, students will get first-hand transnational experience without physical mobility. 

• Take part in a global learning experience by studying with students from other countries, backgrounds and disciplines.
• Gain experience and enhance your intercultural competences through international collaboration and connect with other students from around Europe.
• Participate in online courses that offer the flexibility to attend from your own home or university.
• Certify credits* and enhance your academic portfolio in exciting and innovative courses.
• Get access to courses that are not available at your home institution.
• Increase your future career opportunities by improving your skills and competencies in key areas of employment need.
• Learn from acknowledged professors and lecturers from prestigious universities of the CHARM-EU Alliance.
• Experience learning online at a CHARM-EU alliance university as a potential stepping stone to future physical mobility.

APPLICATION DEADLINES:

• For the courses to be started in September 2025: 5 June 2025
• For the courses to be started in October or later: 10 September 2025 

HOW TO APPLY

1.       Scan the Transnational online catalogue and identify the courses offered by another university than your current one that fit your study programme or are of interest to you.

2.       Learning Agreement: 
A) Please complete the Learning Agreement and have it signed by the Erasmus+ coordinator of the Faculty of Medicine (contact:  moll_b@ukw.de). 
If you are a student enrolled in a Master Study Course please contact your study advisor beforehand and check with him/her whether credit transfer will be possible. In case that credit transfer is possible please get his/her signature on the Learning Agreement and forward it to Ms Moll for the Erasmus+ coordinator’s signature.
B) Please forward your Learning Agreement signed by the Erasmus Coordinator to Ms Laura Eckert (laura.eckert@uni-wuerzburg.de).

3.       Please fill in the application form. It is possible to register for a maximum of 3 courses, but it is strongly advised to consider the workload of it. For each course a separate application should be submitted.
