Panel-Sequencing of primary cutaneous lymphomas (collaboration between Pathology, Dermatology, Bioinformatics Unit CCC, Human Genetics)
Primary cutaneous B- and T-cell lymphomas comprise a broad variety of different entities of Non-Hodgkin-Lymphomas with diverging phenotypes, clinical features and prognosis and, thus, distinct therapeutic strategies.
With the aim to gain deeper insight into the molecular pathogenesis of cutaneous lymphomas, to identify better diagnostic and prognostic markers and potential novel therapeutic targets we perform customer panel sequencing of various types of cutaneous B- and T-cell lymphomas.
