Immuno-oncology/molecular profiling

Personalized immuno-oncology

The CCC MF has developed a new and comprehensive program on personalized immuno-oncology. This program comprises molecular profiling of the cancer genome, tumor-antigens, the immuno-suppressive environment, as well as the analysis of mechanisms of immune resistance and escape.

The program includes the systematic molecular profiling of patients receiving various kinds of immuno-therapy (checkpoint inhibitors, BiTEs, CARs) before treatment and during/after treatment. This program has recently led to the identification of new mechanisms of resistance and directly feeds into the rational and directed design of novel targeted combinatorial immuno-therapies.
