Summer School 2026 "Resolve Pain"

As Junior Council of the KFO5001 ResolvePAIN, we are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Summer School “Translating Pain – from mechanisms to meaning” from 14.-16. of July at the University Hospital Würzburg.

 

The Summer School will offer a dynamic environment to exchange ideas, present research and foster interdisciplinary connections across all career stages. We have arranged very exciting workshops and networking activities to which you can also register with the link below.

Research internship in Tromsø, Norway

Dario Neuhaus, one of our students, went for a research stay to Tromsø, Norway.

Besides the development as a young researcher, the intercultural exchange was a great experience.

Nagasaki University Medical Research Fund Scholarship (NUMF) for Ronny Morawietz (MSc Student)

Ronny Morawietz, one of our MSc students, received the NUMF-scholarship 2025.

He had the chance to study and do research at the Nagasaki University, Japan.

It was an "incredible rewarding experience" (R. Morawietz).

Graduate School of Life Science awarded supervisors of the year - Carmen Villmann and Matthias Gamer

The GSLS awarded the supervisors of the year 2024. 

The first place was shared by two supervisors, Prof. Carmen Villmann and Prof. Matthias Gamer.

Although they became awarded by the GSLS, their commitment to our program is outstanding and worth a praise!
