IZKF Core Unit RDM

IZKF Core Unit RDM

Our mission

The Core Unit RDM supports your data management needs in today’s data-rich projects and networks. Our goal is to empower researchers to utilize data with maximal efficacy, fostering collaboration and advancing scientific discovery in the field. Guided by the FAIR principles for scientific data management—Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability—we are committed to making this development accessible across research sites to allow for collaborative (bio)medical projects.

One of our central aims is the development of a Virtual Research Campus (VRC), a data management and analysis platform that seamlessly integrates with the university and hospital IT environments. Constantly tailored by researchers of the Medical Faculty of the JMU Würzburg our service and the VRC will ensure secure handling, sharing, integration, and (re-)use of research data according to your preferences and needs.
