SANO
Welcome to the website of the rof the SANO study – the structured ambulatory post-stroke care study. Within this project, we want to investigate whether a structured cross-sectoral post-stroke care program can reduce the rate of secondary strokes and similar cardiovascular outcomes.
The project is funded by third-party funds, namely the “Innovationsfonds des Gemeinsamen Bundesausschusses” (funding code 01NVF17032).
